Dadri is a prime location in New Delhi from where it is possible to connect to Noida through the Dadri Road. This entire stretch of road is now a prime destination because of its proximity to Delhi and key areas of the National Capital Region. Hence, there has been tremendous real estate development in the past decade, and the prices of properties here have gone up considerably. The Dadri Road is serviced by major buses of the DTC and other private buses, and there are a host of other amenities to be found here that makes buying a 2 BHK flat in Delhi a wise choice.
There are strategic bus stops located on Mayur Place and Mayur Kunj, and the Rosewood DTC Bus Stop. There are no immediate metro stations in the vicinity, but one can take a metro to Noida through the Wave Station or the Sector 16 Metro Station and double back here. The chances of a new Metro Station being constructed shortly are extremely high, and one of the Blue Lines runs through Ashok Nagar. The railway station is about 25 km away and can be accessed by road in a little over two hours. Those looking for properties here will have very high accessibility to daily living items because both local markets and some of the top shopping malls in the city, like the National Store, DLF Galleria, Star City Mall, and the Dheeraj Complex, are located here. For those on a budget, there are lots of budget stores for daily items like Big Bazaar, Family Bazaar, Malabar Store, and Soni Supermarket.

The region being close to the industrial hub of Noida, a lot of young families have moved here in recent times after buying an affordable flat in Delhi. The children here have access to good education in reputed schools likes Yog Bharti Public School, the Saviour’s School, the Diamond Public School, and the Dutt Bhawan. The region has also developed a cosmopolitan feel with people of so many different faiths coming and settling here. There are churches, temples, and mosques to be found nearby. A 3 BHK flat for sale in Dadri Road can be bought for around Rs 50 lakhs, for a 1400 sq feet area, and prices ranging from Rs 6,000 to Rs 18,000 per sq ft.
